This is our first blog for our new website which is obviously quite exciting! We’ve had a great deal of support from many of our friends and family whether it was simply sampling the product or putting in the first online order its all been much appreciated.  We’ve also had help from the experts at http://www.kimbersfarmshop.co.uk/ run by Fran’s parents.  Here’s a view from the back garden at the farm, stunning area.

We’ve spent a productive morning marinating and drying some more beef as we’ve got orders to go out on Monday.  One of those is the first delivery to the Dolphin in Beer (http://www.dolphinhotelbeer.co.uk/) in South Devon.  Both Fran and I lived in Beer for brief spells and the Dolphin was a favourite!
